Due to the nature of our treatments we hope you will understand if on occasions your appointment time overruns.
We support your request for the practitioner of your choice. Please have the name ready when booking the appointment. At certain times, it may not be possible to accommodate your requests, then we would be grateful for your consideration and flexibility. However, we pledge that we will do our best at all times to accommodate your requests and preferences.
By giving us your email address you agree to be added to our mailing list. We do not share your details with any other individuals / companies.
For health & safety reasons no other person than the practitioner and the client are allowed in the treatment room.
No warranty or guarantee is made by the clinic as to results. It is possible that results might not come up to expectations or goals. Clients must be aware that results may vary from client to client.
Minimum age for any treatment is 18 years of age.

Pricing Policy
We do not believe in cut-price procedures to secure bookings before adding hidden extras.
While our charges are highly competitive, we do not compromise on quality and use recognised named equipment and products only.
Initial consultations for all treatments and test patch for laser hair removal are free of charge and not subject to the patient / client committing to a procedure and / or payment package.
You will not find any sales person at our clinic. None of our staff is paid a commission or bonus of any kind.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
No discount is available unless the treatment is on “Special Offer”.
Payment by cash and major debit / credit cards.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you need to let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment (48 hours for weekend / bank holidays). Unfortunately you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee or alternatively forfeit a treatment if you are on a pre-paid course if the cancellation period is not adhered to.
We reserve the right to refuse / cancel treatment / appointment without prior arrangement at any time.

Child Supervision
Children are welcome into our clinic however we regret that our staff members are unable to supervise children during treatments for both health & safety and insurance purposes.
Please do not bring your children along to your appointment with us unless they are supervised by another adult.
Children will not be allowed into treatment rooms for health and safety reasons.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases.
However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note.
This policy does not apply to products which have been used or opened.
The only exception to this policy is a serious or long term illness, confirmed by a medical certificate.
